Bread & jam is [if I’m honest, a mere subset of] what my toddler, Francis, eats these days. (Bread and Jam for Frances is an unrelated, adorable book about a finicky badger, for which my son is sadly still too young.) Here, you’ll find my take on recipes I’ve found and loved, or created from scratch. They’ll be 99% if not 100% vegetarian, maybe 1/2 vegan, and (did I mention having a toddler at home?) generally not requiring insane amounts of effort.
